這次公司4人出差加拿大，因為在Burnaby區域活動，老闆説恰好Burnaby的一套別墅是4個房間，我們包下來正好。住了一週，無論是設施還是服務，各方面都很滿意，房子裡的廚具一應俱全，門口路邊可以停車，非常適合短期出遊的人。

After booking I was told to contact the host for the correct address 3 days before the check in date & I did accordingly. Even 1 day before I still double confirmed with the host the address. When I arrived, I didn’t see any front desk personnel so I contacted the host who asked me to wait. It was my first time to Vancouver & I didn’t know much about the place & location but I noticed there weren’t any restaurants or eateries nearby as mentioned. About 30 minutes later I was told to take uber to go to another location which was a residential area. When I arrived, again, I was asked to wait as the room was not ready. I was asked to pay deposit which I was not aware as it was not mentioned when I did the booking. I didn’t have cash so I didn’t pay. Luckily the room was clean & the bus stop was nearby which were the plus side of my stay.

原本訂了雙床房及獨立浴室，但在我入住前一天，屋主通知我們沒有雙床房，問我可不可以其他單床房。我沒有時間再搵，有點無奈，只好接受。佢拍檔接待我們好彩轉左另一間溫哥華列治文豪華別墅，新屋主熱情接待，有收費早餐及宵夜接送供應，雖然離地鐵站有點遠，但環境非常好，喺別墅區。房間乾淨企理，房間好大，有一張大雙人床及洛室，房間在二樓，地下有客廳開放式廚房， 同埋一個好大嘅食飯餐枱，地方好大，屋主家裡的小貓很可愛。

地點與標示的位置相距很遠，地理位置不方便，絕對不可能如介紹所稱8分鐘步程到Richmond-Brighouse 站，事實是駕車也要6分鐘。 另外，似乎沒有預留房間，到達時才隨意按情況分配房間，取房也沒有核實身份，感覺不良好。

No idea that the house owner change the location when we are arrived, and 2 km far aways. This a big different, the original location is located at town since i placed order. The new location is resident area, no shop, no restaurant, no mall. Due to 2 days 1 night business 訂房網站, i don't want rearrange the things so i accept. The house owner offer 10 CAD dollar for transportation.

The room is good and clean, but the house owner should not change the room to another place 30 miles away, at the time less than 24 hours before check in, right after the free cancellation time passed.
